Cleveland is filled with purpose-driven nonprofit organizations and passionate changemakers. We find that inspiring, and we're happy to bring to you our monthly Do-Gooder Series, aimed at connecting you to the causes that make our hearts skip a beat. Support them by purchasing craft cocktails and beer at The Flea Bar, or by donating directly via their own websites. Often times, they'll even have a presence at our events, so don't be shy — let them know you're happy they're here doing good.

Shop Local Lit with our Cleveland Bookseller Guide

This September, The Flea goes literary in support of Cleveland Book Week. In addition to performances and readings by seven local authors, we'll be hosting an on-site popup bookshop and literary cafe! Under the tent of our pop-up bookshop you'll have the pleasure of browsing and buying from four of Cleveland's most notable independent booksellers. Read on below to see what–and who–is in-store!

Read the Flea with Seven Cleveland Authors this September

This September, The Flea goes literary in support of Cleveland Book Week. In addition to hosting an on-site popup bookshop and literary cafe, seven local authors will share our stage for short readings of their works on the half hour. We recommend grabbing a drink at the bar and getting cozy under the tent before readings start. Select authors will have work for sale during their performances, so don't forget to bring a bit of cash!
