The Season of Giving

The Cleveland Flea is more than just a market. We are a community of makers, treasure hunters, and culinary creators who come together to create interesting experiences for our neighbors throughout the city of Cleveland. If you've been to an event, you know that the energy of it all is infectious. So often we hear "I wish I could be a part of this!" We've put together a guide of how you can help The Cleveland Flea, as well as the non-profit communities that support the growth and success of the Cleveland area as a whole.

Recent attendees of The Cleveland Flea may have noticed our donation booth at the entrance. Often, we're asked why we collect donations or what they're used for. Our outdoor Flea events are free to the public, but because of that we can garner some huge crowds! To keep up with the needs of our customers and provide a safe and happy experience for all in attendance, we cash-in our donations monthly on an ample number of clean port-a-potties, extra large trash cans, dumpster rentals, hand-washing stations, bike racks, and on-site EMS. We can't do it all, but we'll sure as hell try to! Want to help defray our costs?

We also recommend donating to our non-profit partners, who benefit from community outreach once a month during our Flea season via bar proceeds and on-site presence.

2016 Non-Profit Partners:
Artful Cleveland | Shoes & Clothes 4 Kids | Graffiti Heart | Providence House
Open Doors Academy | SPACES Gallery | LAND Studio

Each month the Cleveland Flea welcomes more than 35,000 shoppers and 140+ vendors to Tyler Village for six bustling hours of treasure hunts, culinary adventures and an outpouring of support for the region's most talented makers. But we don't just wake up like this. Team Flea is supported by volunteers who help with Flea setup, tear-down, clean-up and making things happen all day long. And we're always looking for more hands on deck to keep the Cleveland Flea awesome. Up for the challenge?

We also support donating your time to our friends at HandsOn Northeast Ohio, who make it easy for people of all ages to volunteer in meaningful projects, led by fellow volunteers that build stronger communities.

Are you an expert in something you think our vendors should know more about? Care to share? We'd love to host an event featuring you and your valuable knowledge.

Thank you for making Cleveland a better place.
Let's show the world just how great our little city on the lake can be.
